Our leadership team has worked together for more than twenty years. We came up implementing core banking for financial institutions across the Americas and Europe as part of Axxiome Group, an international group specialized in SAP Banking. In 2021, that team spun off to create Adila. We kept what worked — the people, the method, and the obsession with the financial industry — and added what the offering was missing: new technologies, new capabilities, and a sharper focus on the markets we serve.
Since then we've broadened our offering (from SAP Banking to Mambu, digital channels, AMS, and artificial intelligence) and grown to today's 70+ specialists, with our Certified B Corporation and Great Place to Work certifications as proof of how we chose to grow.
That's why a five-year-old firm can show the experience of a twenty-year-old one: the team didn't start in 2021. It started long before that — in 2021, only the name on the door changed.
