The challenge
Build a global digital financial inclusion platform based on a cloud-native microservices architecture that was scalable, multi-country, multilingual, and multicurrency.
The solution
We were one of the strategic partners in designing the Core Banking platform and in the subsequent selection of the Payments solution as one of the key components of its architecture.
From the early stages of the initiative, we covered Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Product Owner, and Technical, Functional, and QA Analyst roles on the baseline project for Argentina and across the different releases in LATAM.
Results
Launch of the platform baseline in Argentina and successive regional releases on a scalable, multi-country, multilingual, multicurrency cloud-native microservices architecture, enabling a license-free partnership model with single regional access.
What stayed with the client
A proprietary, modular Core Banking and Payments platform, with architecture knowledge and product ownership and quality practices transferred to the internal team.
