The challenge
The institution wanted to achieve high impact in financial inclusion by offering agile financing to unbanked segments. To strengthen its value proposition, it needed to build a centralized, scalable digital platform in the cloud.
The solution
Acting as core transformation experts embedded with a prime contractor, we provided architects and specialized consultants who supported the new system's design, ensuring a robust, modern, high-performance architecture with a data model designed for analytics from day one.
We carried out the functional and technical design, configuration, and testing, integrating Mambu's SaaS solution.
Results
We successfully built the regional template "baseline" during the MVP, reaching configuration and go-live for 1 tenant per country across 3 specific financial products in the Caribbean region.
What stayed with the client
The client was left with a tested, standardized architecture model (regional template), leaving it fully ready to scale the solution quickly to the more than 20 remaining countries where they operate.
