The challenge
The bank wanted to launch crypto asset operations at fintech speed, on top of a technology ecosystem built over years in which several processes were still manual.
The challenge: automate and centralize without slowing down the existing operation.
The solution
We embedded in the project's squads, implementing a new system to replace the bank's core banking.
The solution combined SAP TRBK and a React/Java stack to centralize transfers and payments and enable digital asset exchange.
Results
The first release went live successfully, delivering a mobile solution that lets users carry out crypto asset transactions in near real-time.
What stayed with the client
Operational autonomy backed by a production support dashboard managed under a Kanban model, eliminating manual operations and reducing back-office risk and effort.
